Hi! My name is Maddie Baudoin and I am excited for my first summer as the Gonzales Dolphins Head Coach! Many of you may already be familiar with me as I have been an assistant coach for the team the past two summers. I am native to Gonzales, LA and graduated from St. Amant High School in 2023. I am currently a rising junior at Tulane University in New Orleans studying Public Health and Sociology on the Pre-Medicine track.
I have been swimming for as long as I can remember, starting to swim for the Pelican Point Waves summer swim team in 2013. I joined the Dolphins in the summer of 2016, and I have loved it ever since! I also have year-round swim team experience, swimming for Tiger Aquatics from 2015-2021 and Crawfish Aquatics from 2021-2023. Along with this, I swam on my high school’s swim team all four years, participating in the LHSAA Division I Swimming State Championships for three of those years.
Outside of swim coaching, you can often find me at the pool where I also serve as the pool manager, swim lessons instructor, and a lifeguard instructor. I am looking forward to a great summer as we watch the kids grow their love for swimming! Geaux Dolphins!!!
Hello! My name is Alex Guillot, and I'm excited to begin my second summer as an assistant coach for the Gonzales Dolphins. I am a rising senior at East Ascension High School and a lifelong Gonzales resident. I can't wait to see all of our returning swimmers from last summer.
My experience with swimming began with my first season at EA in 2022. Since then, I have become team captain and led our team to some rather impressive feats. Alongside my time at EA, I swim competitively for Tiger Aquatics—a club based out of LSU. I love being in the water, and I am so excited to have a great season!
In my spare time, you might find me doing homework, spending time with friends, or working as head lifeguard at Jambalaya Park.

My name is Sean Baudoin, and I am a 17 year old graduating from St. Amant High School. I will be attending Louisiana Tech University in the fall.
I have been swimming since I was 5 years old on many different competitive teams including Pelican Point Waves, Tiger Aquatics, St. Amant High School, and Crawfish Aquatics. I have also swam on the Dolphins swim team since 2016. I plan to continue learning about swimming while spreading my skills with the next generation of swimmers. Go Dolphins 🐬
