đź“„ What is a Heat Sheet?
The Heat Sheet is the meet program. It lists all events, heats, and lane assignments—including names for relay teams.
While not required, buying or sharing a Heat Sheet helps swimmers and parents stay organized. If your swimmer is registered for the meet, they should be listed in the Heat Sheet.
